摘要
目的探讨超声引导下上臂静脉植入式输液港的应用及并发症分析。方法收集2015年5月-2017年8月行输液港植入的314例患者的临床资料,将其分为上臂静脉植入组(n=155)和中央静脉植入组(n=159)。比较2组穿刺置管成功率、近远期的并发症及舒适度。结果 2组一次穿刺置管成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.248,P=0.618),上臂静脉植入组的导管异位、输液不畅、导管脱落、导管夹闭综合征发生率低于中央静脉植入组;患者舒适度高于中央静脉植入组(Z=-3.688,P<0.001)。结论超声引导下上臂静脉植入式输液港在一定程度上提高了护理人员的工作效率,且安全性及舒适度更高。
        Objective To analyze the application of the ultrasound-guided implantable infusion port through the upper arm vein and its complications. Methods Totally 314 patients implanted the transfusion port between May 2015 and August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=155) and a control group(n=159). For the experimental group, the venous port access system was implanted through the upper arm under the ultrasound guidance, while in the control group, the port was implanted through the right subclavian vein. The success rate of one punctuer, short-term and long-term complication and comfort were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of one punctuer between the 2 groups(χ~2=0.248,P=0.618). Significant differences were found between the two groups in the catheter misplacement, transfusion obstacles, falling of the catheters and catheter closure syndrome. The comfort of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=-3.688,P<0.001). Conclusion The ultrasound-guided infusion port through the upper arm vein can improve the working efficiency of the nursing staff to a certain extent, with higher safety and comfort.
