LCP内固定治疗老年性骨质疏松症肱骨骨中下段骨折

摘要
目的:探讨对老年性骨质预检症肱骨骨中下段骨折患者采用LCP(锁定加压钢板)内固定治疗的可行性。方法:选取50例老年性骨质预检症肱骨骨中下段骨折患者作为本次研究对像,采用LCP内固定及抗骨质疏松治疗,观察患者愈合情况。结果:50例患者愈合时间平均数值为(13.56±4.13)周;肘关节活动恢复总优良率为90.0%;肘关节屈曲平均数值为(124±6)o,屈伸平均数值为(76±7)o,伸直平均数值为(9±4)o,并发症发生率为0.0%。结论:对于发生骨质疏松症肱骨骨中下段骨折的老年患者,采用锁定加压钢板治疗手段进行内固定治疗,对患者骨折愈合、肘关节活动功能恢复等惧有较好的治疗效果,且不会对患者造成其它不适症或并发症伤害,为临床可行性高的治疗手段,可推广使用。
Objective:To study feasibility of LCP(locking compression plate)internal fixation for treatment of middle and distal humeral fractures in elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 50 cases of senile osteoporosis with bone humeral distal fracture patients taken as the research objects,who were treated with LCP internal fixation and anti osteoporosis.Then observe the healing of the patients.Results:Healing time of 50 cases was(13.56+4.13)week on average;total excellent and good rate of elbow joint motion recovery was 90.0%;elbow flexion(124±6)oon average,flexion extension(76±7)oon average,extended value(9±4)oon average.The complication rate was 0%.Conclusion:For bone osteoporosis in middle and distal humerus fractures in elderly patients,using locking compression plate in the treatment has god curative effect on fracture healing and elbow joint function recovery and will not cause other discomfort symptoms or complications of injury on patients,which is of high clinical effect and worthy promoting.
