摘要
本文针对企业检测资源利用率低、检测设备分配不合理等现象,分析了检测资源分配多样性的原因,建立了检测资源能力模型。以检测时间为约束,总成本为目标函数,建立了检测资源分配模型,通过启发式算法进行了检测资源分配优化求解,提高了企业检测资源的利用率,实现了企业合理化规范化地分配检测资源。
Aiming at the low utilization rate of enterprises detection resource and the unreasonable allocation of detection equipment, the reasons for the diversity of resource allocation have been analyzed. The capability model for detection resource has been established. Taking the detection time as the constraint and the total cost as the objective function, a test resource allocation model has been established. The heuristic algorithm has been adopted to optimize the allocation of detection resource, which improves the utilization rate of enterprise detection resources and enables enterprises to rationally and formally allocate the detection resources.
