摘要
试验研究单级离心屏蔽泵转子动静摩擦时的故障征兆与诊断方法。以某轴承磨损量存在阶跃变化现象的硼酸屏蔽泵为对象,试验发现振动幅值也存在周期性阶跃变化趋势,振动频谱以一倍旋转频率为主,振动幅值升高时会激发倍频分量。诊断屏蔽泵转子存在局部动静摩擦。解体检查验证了屏蔽泵后导轴承、叶轮与口环表面局部存在摩擦。研究表明单级离心屏蔽泵轴承磨损量和振动频谱信息可用于诊断早期动静摩擦故障及发展趋势。
        Fault symptom and diagnosis method of single-stage centrifugal canned motor pump static and dynamic friction are studied. Taking a boric acid canned pump with step changed phenomenon of bearing wear as object, it is found that the vibration amplitude exist periodic variation trend like the bearing wear, and vibration spectrum consist with the rotating frequency, also when the vibration amplitude high, frequency-doubled components will be excited. There existed friction in the canned pump diagnosed by vibration analysis. At last, there found friction marks on the surface of the rear guide bearing, impeller and ring after strip inspection, which verified the theories and experimental result. The research has shown that trends of bearing wear and vibration amplitude will be useful for canned pump during the early period of slight friction.
