摘要
重点介绍屏蔽泵的结构、工作原理,装置工艺特点、屏蔽泵输送介质的流量及洁净度、轴承材料、轴承受力情况、屏蔽泵的润滑冷却。通过对屏蔽泵输送介质的流量及洁净度的分析,得出输送介质的洁净度及入口流量是影响屏蔽泵轴承破裂的主要因素,并提出相应的解决方法,确保试验的顺利开展。
This article focuses on the shielding pump structure,the working principle,process characteristics,the shielding pump medium flow and cleanliness,bearing materials,bearing force,shielding pump lubrication cooling,etc. Through analyzing the flow rate and cleanliness of the shielding pump transmission medium,it is concluded that cleanliness of the shielding pump medium and the inlet flow are the main factors influencing the bearing fracture,and then the corresponding solutions are put forward to ensure smooth development of the test could be dely.
