摘要
为研究料仓进料方式对单螺旋加料机性能的影响,基于螺旋输送理论,采用EDEM离散元仿真软件,建立了具有分料装置的螺旋加料机模型,以5. 5 mm直径大豆颗粒分别在60,120 r/min下进行了螺旋加料过程数值仿真试验,计算得到了2种进料方式在2种速度下螺旋输送机的能耗,比较了两者出料量的区别,并进行了颗粒群运动形态轨迹分析.数值分析得到:动态进料方式输送时,机构初始能耗低且能耗增加缓慢,单圈出料量相对于理论出料量波动范围小且平均出料量数值和理论数值接近,颗粒运动形态较单一且颗粒之间的相对作用较少.静态进料方式输送时,料仓中物料堆积较多,机构初始能耗大,颗粒相互作用频繁使得颗粒运动形态复杂.该研究为螺旋加料机的进料方式提供了理论和数值仿真依据.
        In order to study the influence of feeding mode on the performance of single screw feeder,based on screw feeding theory and using EDEM software,a screw feeding model with discharging device was established. The screw feeding process of soybean particles with 5. 5 mm diameter was simulated under 60 r/min and 120 r/min,respectively. The total energy loss in the screw feeder at the two rotation rates and the difference of the feed quantity were compared,and the trajectory of the particle group movement was analyzed. Numerical analysis shows that the mechanism has low initial energy consumption,small feeding fluctuation and less relative action between particles in dynamic feeding mode. Meanwhile,the mechanism has high initial energy consumption,big feeding fluctuation and more relative action between particles in static feeding mode. The research provides theoretical and numerical simulation bases for the feeding mode of screw feeder.
