摘要
目的建立黄芩药材的微乳薄层色谱鉴别方法,并探讨微乳液各成分对薄层色谱行为的影响。方法以聚酰胺薄膜为固定相,十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)-正丁醇-正庚烷-水微乳液为展开剂,采用黄芩苷、黄芩素为对照品,通过单因素试验逐一考察微乳液各成分比例对黄芩药材薄层分离的影响,确定最优的微乳展开剂。结果微乳液[SDS-正丁醇-正庚烷-水(27∶63∶10∶300,W/W)]-甲酸(9∶1)可作为黄芩药材的适宜展开剂,亦可用于初步判断微乳展开剂对其他药材及制剂薄层层析的适用性。结论该方法简便、准确,可高效地分离和鉴定黄芩药材。
        Objective To establish a microemulsion TLC identification method for Scutellaria baicalensis,and to investigate the effects of microemulsion components on TLC behavior. Methods The polyamide film was taken as the stationary phase, the SDS-n-butanol-n-heptane-water microemulsion was taken as developer, the baicalin and baicalein were taken as reference materials. Single factor experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of each component proportion of microemulsion on the thin layer separation of Scutellaria baicalensis,in order to determine the optimal microemulsion developer. Results Microemulsion [ SDS-n-butanol-n-heptane-water( 27 ∶ 63 ∶ 10 ∶ 300, W/W) ]-formic acid( 9 ∶ 1) could be used as an appropriate developer for Scutellaria baicalensis. It could also be used to preliminarily determine the applicability of microemulsion developer for TLC of other Chinese medicinal materials and their preparations. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and efficient for the separation and identification of Scutellaria baicalensis.
