摘要
目的探讨燥湿止痒洗液中黄芩、蛇床子的质量标准提升。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别黄芩、蛇床子,从制备方法、展开剂、点样量、检视条件、专属性、温度、相对湿度、薄层板等影响因素中筛选最优的薄层色谱条件。结果黄芩采用硅胶G薄层板,以乙酸乙酯-丁酮-甲酸-水(6∶3∶2∶1)为展开剂,喷以2%三氯化铁乙醇溶液,晾干后检视显示斑点清晰;蛇床子采用硅胶G薄层板,以甲苯-甲醇-甲酸(10∶2∶1)为展开剂,于紫外灯365 nm下检视,荧光斑点明显。结论该方法操作简单、斑点清晰、重现性好、专属性强,阴性无干扰,可适用于该制剂的质量控制。
        Objective To investigate the improvement of the quality standard of Scutellaria baicalensis and Cnidium monnieri in ZaoshiZhiyang Lotion. Methods TLC method was used to identify Scutellaria baicalensis and Cnidium monnieri. The optimization of TLCconditions was selected from the factors such as preparation methods, developing agent, sample size, inspection conditions, specificity,temperature,relative humidity,thin-layer plate and so on. Results The optimum conditions of Scutellaria baicalensis were as follows:using silica gel G thin-layer plate with ethyl acetate-butanone-formic acid-water( 6 ∶ 3 ∶ 2 ∶ 1) as the developing agent,spraying 2%ferric chloride ethanol solution,after air drying,the spots were clear. The optimum conditions of Cnidium monnieri were as follows: usingsilica gel G thin-layer plate with toluene-methanol-formic acid( 10 ∶ 2 ∶ 1) as the developing agent, the fluorescence spots wereobvious when examined under 365 nm UV lamp. Conclusion The method is simple, clear, reproducible,specific and has no negativeinterference,which can be used for the quality control of Zaoshi Zhiyang Lotion.
