基于水环境容量分析的断面达标控制研究——以常熟市东环河虞东路桥断面为例

摘要
以常熟市东环河虞东路桥断面为研究对象,对其水环境质量现状进行调查和分析,得出氨氮、总磷为主要超标因子。通过建立一维稳态水质模型,确定模型参数,计算东环河断面水质达标时各排水口的允许排污量和水环境容量;进而与现状污染物入河量对比,确定污染物削减量,制定系统的、切实可行的许可排放量分配方案和初步整治方案,实现断面水质达标。
        Taking Yudong Road Bridge section of Donghuan River in Changshou City as a research object, the current situation of water environment quality was investigated and analyzed, which showed that ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were the main exceeding standard factors. Through the establishment of a one-dimensional steady water quality model, the parameters of the model were determined and the allowable discharge and water environmental capacity of the drainage ports were calculated when the water quality of the Donghuan River section reached the standard. Then compared with the current pollutants into the river, the amount of pollutants cut was determined, and a systematic, practical and feasible allowable emission distribution scheme and preliminary regulation scheme was formulated to achieve section water quality standard.
