“互联网+”背景下高校图书馆协同服务机制研究

摘要
【目的/意义】揭示用户在"互联网+"背景下的信息获取及利用规律,预测信息需求情况的发展趋势,重构高校图书馆协同服务机制,形成主动化、个性化和智能化的服务范式。【方法/过程】运用灰色模型和Matlab拟合模型两种数据拟合方法对高校用户信息行为的动态关系进行定量研究,对比分析两种模型的拟合结果,根据其特有的内在规律作出必要的简化假设,掌握高校用户的信息行为动态,在本质上影响协同服务机制中各参与因素的结构调整。【结果/结论】提出用户终端与移动终端相协同的PC-MT协同服务机制,包括信息需求响应机制、知识组织与传输机制和服务评价与反馈机制,创新服务模式,提高服务效益和用户满意度。
【Purpose/significance】This article reveals the laws of information acquisition and utilization of users under the background ofInternet+, predicts the development trend of information demand, reconstructs the cooperative service mechanism of university library, and forms an active, individualized and intelligent service paradigm.【Method/process】It usedGrey Modeland Matlab fitting model to quantitatively study the dynamic relationship of users′ information behavior in colleges and universities, and compared and analyzed the fitting results of the two models. According to its unique inherent law, it made the necessary simplified hypothesis, mastered the information behavior dynamics of university users, and influenced the participation factors in the cooperative service mechanism in essence.【Result/conclusion】A cooperative service mechanism of PC-MT was proposed, including information demand response mechanism, knowledge organization and transmission mechanism, service evaluation and feedback mechanism. It innovated service mode and improved service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
