产品保证在航天院所推进方式的本地化探索

摘要
产品保证作为一种技术与管理相结合的质量管理方式,经过几十年的国外、国内实践,可以有效解决当前航天系统面临的技术规律未完全吃透、产品的研制生产能力不够、研制效率低、军贸项目履约能力不足等棘手问题。从产品保证的历史沿革及当前航天院所科研生产面临的迫切需求2个方面,阐述了产品保证的重要性;同时结合自身实际,对产品保证工作推进方式的本地化进行了探索,并就推进过程中的关键点进行了探讨。
After decades of practice at home and abroad, product assurance, as a quality management method combined with technology and management, could effectively solve the thorny problems faced by the current aerospace systems, such as incomplete understanding of technical rules, insufficient production capacity, low development efficiency, and weak ability to performance the military trade projects. This paper studies the importance of product assurance from two aspects, the historical evolutions of product assurance and the urgent demands of scientific research and production in the current institutes. At the same time, the localization promoting mode of product assurance is explored, and the key points in the promotion process are discussed, combined with their own reality.
