酪酸梭菌联合锌制剂治疗小儿腹泻的效果观察

摘要
目的观察酪酸梭菌联合锌制剂治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法选取我院儿科2017年1~12月期间收治的120例腹泻患儿,按照不同治疗方法将其分为常规组与观察组各60例,常规组给予补液、补充维生素与钙质、口服蒙脱石散剂、抗生素等常规治疗,观察组在常规组的基础上加用酪酸梭菌与锌制剂治疗,对比两组患儿的临床效果。结果常规组的总有效率是81.7%,观察组是96.7%,观察组明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);对比两组患儿治疗后的血锌水平,观察组明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);对比两组患儿的临床症状改善时间,观察组的体温复常时间、呕吐缓解、腹痛缓解时间、大便正常时间均明显短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌联合锌制剂治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果满意,可明显提升血锌水平,快速缓解临床症状,值得推行。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Clostridium butyricum combined with zinc preparation in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods One hundred and twenty cases with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were divided into routine group and observation group with 60 cases in each according to different treatment methods.Routine group was given fluid replacement,vitamin and calcium supplementation,oral montmorillonite powder,antibiotics and other conventional treatment,observation group on the basis of the conventional group plus Clostridium butyricum and zinc preparation treatment,compared the clinical effect of the two groups of children. Results The total effective rate of the conventional group was 81.7%, while that of the observation group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P < 0.05);The serum zinc level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group after treatment(P < 0.05);The improvement time of clinical symptoms, body temperature, vomiting,abdominal pain and normal stool time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Clostridium butyricum combined with zinc preparation in the treatment of infantile diarrhea has satisfactory clinical effect,can significantly improve blood zinc level,rapid relief of clinical symptoms,is worth promoting.
