摘要

发展林业经济可以改善地域的生态环境,还可以提升当地的经济发展水平,在发展林业经济的过程中应用小流域资源优化配置具体方式为以保持水土为主,对当地进行规划经营,在农村或者山区应用小流域资源优化配置有利于推动当地就业率以及收入水平的提升。还会有利于建设地区的生态环境。林业经济与小流域资源优化配置有一致性,提出了在发展林业经济时应用小流域资源优化配置有积极作用。
        The development of forestry ecological environment can improve the regional economy, but also can enhance the level of local economic development, the application of small watershed to optimize the allocation of resources to specific ways of soil and water conservation in the process of forestry economic development, planning and management of local resources in rural or mountainous watershed optimization configuration is conducive to promote local employment rate and improve the income level. It will also be beneficial to the ecological environment of the construction area. Forestry economy is consistent with the optimal allocation of small watershed resources. Therefore, it is of positive significance to optimize the allocation of small watershed resources in the development of forestry economy. This article has carried on the related inquisition to this.
