摘要
以古书院煤矿矸石山为研究对象,分析了矸石山稳定性及失稳特性,研究矸石山注浆加固及灭火技术,并成功应用该技术。得出:古书院煤矿矸石山由粉质黏土、矸石和素填土组成,内部存在着火点,处于基本稳定~欠稳定状态;采用浅孔控制矸石山表层、灭火降温,深孔控制矸石山内部、深部降温和加固,浅孔、深孔相结合治理效果显著;黏土浆、水泥-黏土复合浆、水泥-粉煤灰复合浆进行浅部灭火和松散矸石体注浆加固,效果良好、施工过程可控;注浆治理后,古书院煤矿矸石山火源得到有效控制,矸石山坡体内形成类重力式挡墙结构,坡体稳定性显著提高。
Taking Gushuyuan Coal Mine gangue dump as the research object, this paper analyzes the stability and instability characteristics of gangue dump, studies the grouting reinforcement and fire extinguishing technology of gangue dump, and applies the technology successfully. It is concluded that the gangue dump of Gushuyuan Coal Mine is composed of silty clay, gangue and plain filling soil, with internal ignition point, which is basically stable and under-stable state; using shallow hole to control the surface of gangue hill and carry out fire extinguishing and cooling, using deep hole to control the internal gangue dump to carry out deep cooling and reinforcement, the combined treatment effect of shallow hole and deep hole is remarkable; clay slurry,cement-clay composite slurry and cement-fly ash composite slurry are used for shallow fire extinguishing and grouting reinforcement of loose gangue with good results and controllable construction process; after grouting treatment, the fire source of gangue dump in Gushuyuan Coal Mine was effectively controlled, and the gravity type retaining wall structure was formed inside the gangue slope, and the slope stability was significantly improved.
