摘要
山楝枝叶中分离得到5个化合物,包括4个倍半萜类化合物及1个甾体化合物,经波谱解析分别鉴定为15-羟基-α-杜松醇(1),1S,4S,5S,10R-4,10-愈创木烷二醇(2),4(15)-桉叶烯-1β,6β-二醇(3),4(15)-桉叶烯-1β,6α-二醇(4),3α,16β,20,22-四羟基麦角甾-5,24(28)-二烯(5).其中,化合物1、2为首次从山楝属植物中分离得到.杀虫活性测试结果表明,化合物2、3、4对卤虫(Artemiasalina)具有良好的抑制活性,提示该类化合物在杀虫领域具有潜在的应用价值.
        In this research,five natural compounds including four sesquiterpenoids and one steride are isolated from the twigs and leaves of Aphanamixis polystachya( Wall.) R. N. Parker. Their insecticidal activities are evaluated,and compounds 2,3 and 4 exhibit a good inhibitory activity on Artemiasalina that implies their potential application as an insecticide.
