仙方活命饮联合果酸治疗痤疮痰瘀互结证的临床经验

摘要
目的:探讨仙方活命饮联合果酸治疗痤疮痰瘀互结证的临床疗效。方法:将患者按随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组给予仙方活命饮口服,同时每隔2周进行1次果酸治疗,对照组给予仙方活命饮口服治疗,治疗结束后比较2组患者的治疗效果、生活质量改变、药物及治疗的不良反应和治疗结束后4周的复发率。结果:治疗组总有效率86.67%,对照组总有效率70.00%,2组疗效相比较差异有统计学意义。结论:仙方活命饮联合果酸治疗痤疮痰瘀互结证疗效好、安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Xianfang Huoming Yin combined with glycolic acid in treating acne with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome. Methods: Patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The treatment group was given Xianfang Huoxingyin orally, at the same time every 2 weeks on glycolic acid treatment; the control group was only given xianfang huoming yin treatment orally.. The treatment effect, quality of life change, adverse drug reactions and recurrence rate at 4 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Xianfang Huo Ming Yin combined with fruit acid is effective and safe in the treatment of acne with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, which is worthy of clinical application.
