摘要
广州北环高速公路的交通量巨大,容易产生各种病害,实施养护维修不可避免会造成交通拥堵,因此,迫切需要在保证质量的前提下,尽可能缩短维修施工时间。论文主要介绍水泥混凝土路面预制板技术的实施方法与关键技术难点,包括旧路数据调查、模板制作安装、预埋件安装、浇筑水泥混凝土、现场放样、原路面混凝土的凿除、安装传力构件、吊装和调平、注浆和维护等过程。研究表明,该技术可有效缩短水泥混凝土路面维修施工工期,降低对交通的影响,施工完成后的质量可靠,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,为高速公路的养护维修工作提供了切实可行的实施方案和技术指导。
        Guangzhou North Ring Expressway is prone to all kinds of diseases given the heavy traffic flow every day.Road maintenance could inevitably lead to traffic congestion.Hence,any reduction of time spent on maintenance with ensured quality is desperately needed.This article here introduces the implementation methodology of cement concrete pavement template prefabricating technology and the key technological difficulties out of it,including investigation of old data,template development and installation,embedded part installation,cement concrete placing,on-site lofting,removing of original concrete pavement,installation of connecting component,lifting and levelling,slip casting and maintenance.Our research demonstrates that time spent on the road maintenance has been encouragingly shortened and pressure on traffic has been effectively lowered with construction quality ensured.In this way,welcome economic and social benefits are gained.From this perspective,this article serves as an applicable implementation plan and provides feasible technological guidance in the case of expressway maintenance.
