摘要
目的探讨可视音乐干预对精神发育迟滞患儿心智发育及适应行为能力的影响。方法 100例精神发育迟滞患儿按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规康复治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予可视音乐疗法,比较两组治疗前、治疗3个月末、治疗6个月末患儿感觉统合能力、智力发育及适应行为能力的差异。结果治疗后两组患儿前庭失衡、触觉功能不良、本体感失调得分均呈升高趋势,其中实验组升高更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿Gesell发育诊断量表的适应性、大运动、精细运动、个人社交评分均随时间延长呈升高趋势,实验组升高更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组儿童适应行为量表中独立功能因子、认知功能因子、社会/自制因子评分均呈升高趋势,其中实验组升高更为显著(P<0.05)。结论可视音乐干预能够显著提升精神发育迟滞儿童的心智发育水平和适应行为能力,具有较高的实用性和可操作性,值得在临床推广应用。
        Objective To explore the effects of visual music intervention on mental development and adaptive behavior in children with mental retardation. Methods A total of 100 children with mental retardation were divided into experimental group(n = 50) and control group(n = 50) according to the random number table. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy,while the experimental group was given visual music therapy besides the therapy performed in the control group. The sensory integration ability,mental development and adaptive behavior ability were compared between the two groups before treatment,after 3-month and 6-month treatment. Results After treatment,the vestibular imbalance,tactile dysfunction and proprioceptive dysfunction scores of Children Sensory Integration Rating Scale(CSIRS) increased in the two groups,and the scores in the experimental group increased more obviously(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the adaptability,gross motor,fine motor and personal-social competence scores of Gesell Developmental Scales increased with the increasing time in the two groups,and the scores in the experimental group increased more obviously(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the independent function factor,cognitive function factor,social/self-control factor scores of America Association of Mental Deficit-Adaptive Behavior Scale increased in the two groups,and the scores in the experimental group increased more obviously(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Visual music intervention can significantly promote the mental development level and adaptive behavior ability of children with mental retardation,and has better practicability and operability,which is worth popularizing in clinical trials.
