基于产学研平台的创新创业人才培养探索与实践

摘要
建设创新型国家需要大量的创新创业型人才,探索高职院校创新创业教育与专业教育融合发展,构建基于校内产学研创平台的食品类专业创新创业型人才培养体系,从校内产学研平台共建、育人机制、培养模式、课程体系、教学评价等方面,对高职食品类专业人才培养进行改革,探索适合高职创新创业教育的有效路径,实现人才培养质量的提升。
To build an innovation-oriented country needs a lot of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.This paper explored the Integration development of Innovative and Entrepreneurship Education and Professional Education in higher vocational colleges, constructed the Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents Training System for Food Specialty based on the campus Industry-University-Research-Creation platform,reformed the cultivation process of Food Specialty in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of Co-construction of campus Industry-University-Research platform,educational mechanism,training mode, curriculum system and teaching evaluation,explored the effective path for innovative and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges to improve the quality of personnel training.
