缺血性脑卒中的多元化治疗(附100例报告)

摘要
目的:探讨缺血性脑卒中的发病机制、临床表现及通过多元化治疗后病人的转归。方法:对2000年1月～2007年1月收治的100例缺血性脑卒中的病人通过静脉单纯药物治疗与多元化治疗所取得的临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:100例缺血性脑卒中的病人48例采用单纯药物治疗,52例采用药物治疗结合血管内介入治疗、高压氧治疗及手术去骨瓣减压治疗等多元化治疗。临床治疗效果及随访结果示多元化治疗优于单纯药物治疗。结论:采用多元化治疗后的病人神经系统功能恢复明显优于单纯药物治疗病人,病人愈后生活质量明显优于单纯药物治疗组病人。
Objective:To explore the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke,Clinical manifestation and treatment outcome through diversified treatment in patients.Methods:To make retrospective analysis on the clinical effect of drug - induced 100 cases of ischemic stroke patients with drug therapy alone by intravenous treatment and pluralism from January 2000 to January 2007.Results:100 cases of ischemic stroke patients,48 patients with venous single deposit drug therapy,52 cases by the drug treatment in combination with endovascular interventional therapy,Hyperbaric oxygen therapy,Surgery to bone disc to decompress treatment and so on.Clinical diagnosis effect and Follow - up results showed diversified therapy was better than venous single deposit drug therapy.Conclusion:The nervous system function of the patients who were adopted diversified treatment recovered significantly better than venous single deposit drug treatment for patients. The quality of life after a patient was significantly better than venous single deposit drug group patients.
