摘要
为最大限度地满足河流的季节性生态水文需求,提出用于计算河道生态基流量的新年内展布计算法。该方法以河流天然径流数据为输入,在剔除各月径流量极值的基础上,以汛期、非汛期两时段量化"时段同期均值比",并结合多年平均月径流过程、最小月平均径流过程,计算河道生态基流量。太子河流域南甸站、本溪站的计算结果显示,新年内展布计算法得出的生态基流过程较其他方法在形态上与各月多年平均径流过程更为相似,其水量不仅符合河流对径流的季节性动态需求,而且有利于河流生态环境的可持续发展。
        In order to meet the ecological hydrological needs as much as possible in different seasons, a new dynamic calculation method of theinstream basic ecological water demand was proposed. This method was based on the natural runoff data of the river and the extreme values of monthly runoff data were removed. Meanwhile, the ratios in the same periods of non-flood season and flood season were calculated, combined with the processes of the average monthly runoff and the processes of the average minimum monthly runoff, the processes of instream basic ecological water were obtained. The calculation results of Nandian Station and the Benxi Station show that the processes of instream basic ecological water got by the new dynamic calculation method of instream basic ecological water demand are more similar to the processes of the average monthly runoff than others' results at the inner-annual distribution. Besides, the instream basic ecological water can not only meet the dynamic demand in different seasons, but also benefit to the sustainable development of the river habitat.
