MECT联合氯氮平对难治性精神分裂症患者疗效分析

摘要
目的探讨MECT联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的效果。方法根据入排标准纳入我院住院的难治性精神分裂症患者52例,随机分为两组,每组26例,研究组为MECT联合氯氮平治疗,MECT8-12次,对照组单用氯氮平治疗,剂量200～400mg/d.分别在入组时、治疗3周时进行PANSS量表评定精神状况.结果研究组经过治疗3周后各指标得分与同期对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MECT联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症起效更快、疗效更好.
Objective To study the MECT combined clozapine to analyze the curative effect in patients with refractory schizophrenia.Methods Selecting 52 patients with refractory schizophrenia standard, were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 26 patients, the team for MECT combined clozapine treatment,MECT8-12 times, and the control group to clozapine therapy,the dose of 200-400 mg/d), respectively, in the group,treatment 3 weeks in PANSS scale to assess mental health.Results After 3 weeks of treatment, the scores of each index in the study group were statistically significant compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MECT combined with clozapine has a faster onset and better efficacy in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.
