智能算法下的媒介伦理失范与价值建构

摘要
目前,智能算法被广泛应用于信息的筛选、推荐与分发上,为用户提供个性化的信息服务,提升了信息生产和分发的效率,成为信息传播的新"把关人",重塑着媒体生态环境。但随着智能算法在新闻领域的应用,"信息茧房"、真实世界的认知偏差、消解社会公共领域、算法歧视与算法偏见以及侵犯个人隐私等伦理问题不断出现。应对智能算法下的媒介伦理失范问题,应从优化算法推荐模型、完善算法监督机制、恢复"把关人"作用、推广数据素养教育等多元主体共治的路径,构建良好的媒介生态环境。
At present, intelligent algorithms are widely used in information screening, recommendation and distribution, providing users with personalized information services, improving the efficiency of information production and distribution, becoming a new "gatekeeper" of information dissemination, and reshaping the media ecological environment. However, with the application of intelligent algorithms in the field of news, "information cocoon house", cognitive bias in the real world, elimination of social public sphere, algorithm discrimination and algorithm bias, and violation of personal privacy and other ethical issues continue to arise. To cope with the problem of media ethics anomie under intelligent algorithms, we should construct a good media ecological environment by optimizing the recommendation model, improving the algorithm supervision mechanism, restoring the role of "gatekeeper" and promoting data literacy education.
