论马克思对所有制概念的历史考察

摘要
马克思主义理论话语体系的创新,往往落实在概念的凝练与建构上。与马克思创新的其他概念相同,"所有制"也经历了一个从无到有的过程。马克思从关注"物质利益"的难题出发,到在资本与劳动矛盾关系中解剖私有财产;从生产力和生产关系的矛盾关系中把握所有制的现实形式——私有制,到抽象出所有制概念,将其定义为"生产资料的归属"。回顾所有制概念的创新历程,一方面,有利于厘清学术界对所有制概念的个别误读,另一方面有利于总结经验,在构建中国特色社会主义理论体系的过程中,进一步增强其"理论自信"。
The innovation of the discourse system of Marxist theory is often implemented in the concise and constructive concept. Like other concepts of Marx's innovation,"ownership" has also undergone a process from scratch. From the dilemma of paying attention to "material interests", Marx dissects private property from the relationship between capital and labor contradiction; grasps the realistic form of ownership from the contradictory relationship between productivity and production relations-private ownership,abstracts the concept of ownership, and defined as "the attribution of production materials".Reviewing the innovation process of ownership concept, on the one hand, it is helpful to clarify the misunderstanding of the concept of ownership in academic circles, and on the other hand, it is conducive to summing up experience and further enhancing its"theoretical self-confidence" in the process of constructing the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
