生态文明视角下崇明生态环境状况评估

摘要
本文构建了崇明生态环境状况评估指标体系。通过测算2013年和2015年崇明生态环境综合指数,发现2015年崇明生态环境质量相比2013年有所改善,但在生态要素方面,部分指标有一定的恶化趋势。建议将生态环境状况评估纳入崇明生态文明探索和生态岛建设的领导干部政绩考核范畴,为世界级生态岛建设提供有效保障。
The evaluation index system of Chongming ecological environment was constructed in the paper. It was found that the quality of ecological environment in Chongming was improved in 2015 compared to 2013,by measuring the comprehensive index of ecological environment. However,in terms of ecological factors,some indicators had a certain tendency to deteriorate.It is suggested that the assessment of ecological environment status should be included in the category of performance assessment of leading cadres in Chongming,to provide effective guarantee for the construction of world-class ecological island.
