抛光酶DM-8669在亚麻织物染色中的应用

摘要
研究了抛光酶DM-8669在亚麻织物染色中的应用工艺。分析了酶用量、温度、时间、pH等单因素对吸尽率固色率及折皱回复角的影响,再利用正交实验确定了抛光酶DM-8669应用于亚麻织物染色的优化工艺,即抛光酶DM-8669用量2.5%(omf)、温度55℃、时间45 min、pH=6。结果表明,抛光酶DM-8669的应用使得织物外观光滑、吸尽率和固色率得到提高,具有工艺可行性。
        The application process of polishing enzyme DM-8669 on dyeing linen with reactive dyes was studied. The effects of single factor such as enzyme consumption, temperature, treatment time and pH value on the exhaustion rate, fixation rate and wrinkle recovery angle were analyzed. The optimal enzyme treatment technology was determined via orthogonal experiments. That were polishing enzyme DM-8669 concentration 2.5%(omf),pH=6, reacting at 55 ℃ for 45 min. The results showed that the application of enzyme DM-8669 exhibited more smooth appearance of fabric, improving exhaustion rate and fixation yield. And the method was feasible.
