乡镇政府信任影响因素实证分析

摘要
当前城镇化水平不断提高,探究哪些因素会影响乡镇政府信任,对于提高乡镇政府公信力和执政能力具有重大现实意义。本文对乡镇政府信任影响因素进行实证分析,结果显示:政府信任受到社会学人口特征如年龄、婚姻状况、宗教信仰、政治面貌、家庭经济状况等影响。其中,政府绩效、工作人员态度及能力、政治参与、民主意识对乡镇政府信任有显著影响,因此必须充分考虑多种因素,唯有如此才能切实提高乡镇政府信任水平。
At present,the level of urbanization is constantly improving.It is of great practical significance to explore the factors affecting the township government trust to improve the credibility and ruling ability of township government.This paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of township government trust.The results show that the government trust is influenced by sociological demographic characteristics such as age,marital status,religious beliefs,political outlook,and family economic status and so on.Among them,government performance,staff attitudes and abilities,political participation,and democratic consciousness show significant impact on the township government trust.Therefore,a variety of factors must be fully considered to effectively improve the trust level of township government.
