摘要
KH2PO4(KDP)是一种非线性光学变频晶体材料,广泛应用于激光核聚变领域。在KDP生长的过程中,因为其自身的结晶导致杂晶错乱分布,破坏了晶体溶液的稳定性,从而影响晶体的光学特性。为了提高晶体的结晶品质,取代手动和半自动控制方法,针对KDP水溶液的过滤工艺设计出一套连续过滤自动控制系统。该控制设备连续的对晶体水溶液进行过滤,去除其中的杂晶,建立一个更加稳定的结晶环境。该连续过滤控制系统已经在实际工业中得到应用,取得了良好的实际效果。
KH_2PO_4(KDP) is a kind of nonlinear optical frequency conversion crystal material,which widely used in the field of laser fusion. In the process of growth of KDP,as the crystallization of itself,which leads to mottle unbalanced distribution,that destroys the stability of the crystal solution,thereby damage crystal's optical properties. In order to improve the quality of crystal,replacing manual and semi-automatic control method. In view of the filtering process KDP aqueous solution,design a set of automatic control system for continuous filtration. The control equipment filters the crystal water soluble continuously,removing of mixed crystal and creating a more stable environment. The continuous filter control system has been applied in the actual industrial,which has obtained a good actual effect.
