日间手术治疗模式的实践效果与展望

摘要
目的观察日间手术治疗模式的实践效果。方法利用医院信息管理系统(HIS)抽取2017年医院日间手术病例筛选出的临床最为常见的4组日间手术病例为研究组。另选取同期、相同科室、相同手术非日间手术病例为对照组。比较2组的住院天数及住院费用。结果研究组4个病种的住院天数均短于对照组,住院费用均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展日间手术既有助于缩短患者的住院天数,提高医疗资源的利用率,又可减少住院费用,解决人民"看病难、看病贵"的实际问题。
Objective To observe the practical effects of day surgery treatment mode.Methods Using the Hospital Information Management System(HIS) to extract the four most common clinical cases of day surgery in 2017 were selected as research groups.In the same period,the same department and the same surgical non-day operation cases were selected as control group.Results The hospitalization days of the four disease groups in research group were shorter than those in control group,and the hospitalization expenses were lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out daytime surgery can not only shorten the average hospitalization days of patients,improve the utilization rate of medical resources,but also reduce hospitalization expenses and solve the practical problems of "difficult to see a doctor and expensive to see a doctor".
