摘要
为提高临床医师工作积极性,中国医学科学院肿瘤医院胸外科采用Delphi法,借鉴平衡计分卡和关键指标法,构建并实施了本科室临床医师绩效考核体系,对本科室各级医师进行精细化绩效考核,为确保医疗质量和医疗安全提供了的有力工具。
In order to improve work efficiency of clinicians, Cancer Institute(Hospital), Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, through using Delphi expert consultation, Balanced Scorecard(BSC) and Key Performance Indicators(KPI), establishes and performs performance evaluation system for clinicians to assess therefine performance assessment of clinicians of all levels in the departments in order to provide medical quality and medical safety.
