摘要
目的:研究不同浓度的羊肚菌水提物对秀丽隐杆线虫寿命的影响。方法:将秀丽隐杆线虫分别培养在普通培养基及添加不同浓度(0 mg/mL、25 mg/mL、100 mg/mL、200 mg/mL)羊肚菌水提物的NGM培养基,研究羊肚菌水提物对秀丽隐杆线虫寿命、产卵量、体内脂褐素含量(ROS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力的影响。结果:不同浓度羊肚菌水提物能够促使秀丽隐杆线虫平均寿命分别延长4.15%、34.11%、33.21%;线虫产卵量随着羊肚菌水提物浓度的增加而增加;羊肚菌水提物能够显著降低线虫体内ROS积累量(p <0.05);另外,羊肚菌水提物能够显著提高秀丽隐杆线虫体内SOD、CAT酶的活力。结论:羊肚菌水提物能够显著延长秀丽隐杆线虫的寿命,有效延缓衰老,提高产卵量,改善机体的抗氧化能力。
        The effects of different concentrations of water extracts of ampuls on the life of elegans were studied.Cryptonematodes elegans were cultured in ordinary medium and NGM medium added with different concentrations(0,25, 100, 200 mg/mL). To study the effects of Aqua sulpii on the life span, spawning volume, lipopolicin content(ROS),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) activity of Cryptococcus elegans. The results showed that different concentrations of water extracts could increase the life expectancy of Cryptococcus elegans by 4.15%, 34.11% and 33.21% respectively. The number of eggs produced by nematodes increased with the increase of water extract concentration.The water extracts of the gut bacteria can significantly reduce the amount of ROS accumulation in nematodes(p < 0.05);In addition, the water extract of the tripe can significantly increase the activity of SOD and CATase in the body of Cryptococcus elegans. The water extract of the gut can significantly prolong the life span of Cryptococcus elegans,effectively delay aging, increase the number of eggs produced, and improve the body's antioxidant ability.
