卵巢癌化疗患者遵医行为影响因素及护理干预

摘要
目的探讨卵巢癌化疗患者遵医行为的相关影响因素及护理干预。方法选取2015年3月至2017年7月间四川省泸州市中医医院收治的120例卵巢癌化疗患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组患者实施针对性护理干预,对照组患者实施常规护理,比较两组患者的完全遵医行为和护理满意度。结果卵巢癌化疗患者遵医行为相关影响因素包括患者年龄、文化程度、卵巢癌相关知识缺乏、经济收入水平、药物不良反应、社会支持差及自费治疗,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。卵巢癌化疗患者遵医行为独立影响因素包括社会支持、自费治疗、不良反应、相关知识及年龄,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理干预前,两组患者完全遵医行为比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预后,观察组患者完全遵医行为比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度评分为(95.12±2.15)分,高于对照组的(89.33±1.06)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌化疗患者遵医行为相关影响因素包括社会支持、自费治疗、不良反应、相关知识和年龄,采用针对性的护理干预,可显著改善患者的遵医行为,并提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the factors influencing compliance behaviors in patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy,and to analyze the corresponding targeted nursing intervention program and its application effect. Methods A total of 120 patients with ovarian cancer receiving chemotherapy at Luzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to July 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 60 patients in each group. The observation group received targeted nursing intervention and the control group received routine care. Complete compliance and nursing satisfaction score were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Factors influencing ovarian cancer patients' compliance behaviors included patient age and junior high school education,ovarian cancer,lack of knowledge,the income level of the economy and the adverse drug reaction,poor social support,at their own expense( all P < 0. 05). The factors independently influencing the compliance behaviors included social support,self financed treatment,adverse reactions,related knowledge and age( all P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the compliance behavior before nursing intervention( P > 0. 05). After nursing intervention,the proportion of complete compliance behavior in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Under different nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction score was( 95. 12 ± 2. 15) for the observation group which was significantly higher than( 89. 33 ± 1. 06) of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The factors influencing compliance behaviors in patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy include social support,self treatment,adverse reactions,related knowledge and age. Through the implementation of targeted nursing intervention the compliance behavior of patients and satisfaction with nursing can be significantly improved.
