2018年城市设计研究与实践热点回眸

摘要
2018年城市设计研究与实践领域的成果与突破性进展主要集中在数字化城市设计、城市设计策略、城市空间形态、城市设计实践、城市设计教育、中国特色城市设计问题的发掘与讨论等6个方面。在学术研究方面,基于人机互动的数字化城市设计作为科学的设计方法将引领城市设计的未来发展方向,并以城市更新、城市双修、人民城市及城市特色风貌作为提升城市品质的策略,世界各地对城市空间形态的研究将人的行为活动与城市环境关联在一起;在设计实践方面,以雄安新区、北京城市副中心、郑东新区和日本涩谷等城市设计为例,在新理念的主导下,探索多元城市设计的理念与方法;城市设计教育领域所取得的研究成果与共识,是提升城市设计实践者与管理者水平的重要途径;针对中国特色城市设计问题的发掘与探讨,是国际先进经验与中国国情相结合的必要前提。
The achievements and breakthroughs in the field of urban design research and practice in 2018 mainly focus on digital urban design, urban design strategy, urban spatial form, urban design practice and education, and the exploration and discussion of problems with Chinese characteristics. In academic research, digital urban design based on human-computer interaction as a scientific design method will lead the future development direction of urban design, while urban renewal, urban double-repair, people's city and city characteristic style are taken as strategies to improve urban quality. The study of urban spatial form all over the world links human behavior with urban environment. In terms of design practice, Xiongan New District, Beijing Vice-Center, Zhengdong New District and Shibuya in Japan are exploring and practicing multi-element urban design under the guidance of new concepts. In addition, the research results and consensus in the field of urban design education are important ways to improve the level of urban design practitioners and managers. Exploring and discussing the problems of urban design with Chinese characteristics is a necessary prerequisite for the combination of international advanced experience and China's national conditions.
