摘要
目的以聚L-乳酸为成纤维材料,静电纺丝法制备载有壬苯醇醚的,具有一定缓释特征的外用避孕纤维膜。方法将壬苯醇醚与聚L-乳酸共同溶解于二氯甲烷中得均相溶液后静电纺丝,对所得纤维膜采用扫描电子显微镜、广角X-射线衍射、差示热分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱等方法进行表征,分析壬苯醇醚与聚L-乳酸的复合状态,紫外分光光度法测定从纤维释放至介质中的壬苯醇醚量,绘制释放曲线并对其进行拟合。结果所得产品为微米级无纺纤维,壬苯醇醚与聚L-乳酸有着较好的复合。壬苯醇醚有一定量的突释,并呈现8 h的缓释期。随着复合量的增高,其在相同时间点的百分释放量降低,释放曲线可以用Freundlich和Peppas方程进行拟合。结论所得电纺纤维膜的形态和释放行为满足作为新型理想外用杀精子药剂进行使用的条件。
        Objective To prepare the nonoxinol-loaded fibrous membrane with character of sustained release by using electrospinning technique and poly L-lactic acid as fiber formation material.Method Nonoxinol and poly L-lactic acid were dissolved within dichloromethane to form homogeneous solution and to be electrospun to form fibers.The obtained fiber membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscope,wide-angel X-ray diffraction,differential thermal analysis and fourier transform infrared spectrum.Complexation of nonoxinol and poly L-lactic acid was analyzed.Nonoxinol amount in water release medium was determined by ultra-violet spectrometry,and the release curves were drawn and regressed.Result The products were non-woven fibers in which nonoxinol could recombine well with poly L-lactic acid.The burst release was of considerable amount and 8 h sustained release period could be realized.As nonoxinol complexing amount increased,the release amount at the same time decreased.Nonoxinol release curves could be regressed by Freundlich's equation and Peppas' equation.Conclusion The morphology and release behavior of obtained electrospun fibrous membranes are considered desirable as a novel external use formulation for spermicide.
