摘要

在公共政策和行为科学的视角下,通过对一个典型村庄的水利政策的实际情况和政策下农民行为的具体考察,分析水利政策在农村基层的运作实践和农民的行为反应。通过实地调查、数据分析,明确水利政策在农村的具体执行和政策的行为,提出优化和完善水利政策的相关建议。
        From the perspective of public policy and behavioral science,through the investigation of the actual situation of water policy in a typical village and the farmers' behavior under the policy,the paper analyses the operation practice of water policy in rural grass-roots units and the farmers' behavioral response. Through on-the-spot investigation and data analysis,the specific implementation and policy behavior of water policy in rural areas are clarified,and relevant suggestions for optimizing and improving water policy are put forward.
