辟谷养生对10例健康受试者生理生化指标的影响

摘要
目的:初步研究辟谷对健康受试对象一般生理生化指标的影响。方法:选择10名健康受试者完成为期7 d的辟谷养生治未病活动,观察限食期第1天、第7天及限食期后1个月3个时间点受试者生理生化指标改变情况。结果:与限食期第1天相比,限食期第7天10名研究对象体质量、甘油三酯水平均明显下降,1个月后有所增加但仍低于第1天水平,谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、血清肌酐、血清尿酸、尿液酮体水平均显著上升,1个月后下降至接近第1天水平。结论:健康人群辟谷可起到降低体质量与血脂的作用,辟谷还具有生酮治疗作用,辟谷暂时性升高胆红素水平可提高机体抗氧化能力,具有极好的养生治未病应用价值。
Objective:This study observed the changes of physiological and biochemical indicators during Bigu.Methods:On the morning of day 1,day 7 and month 1 after caloric restriction period of Bigu,fasting venous bloods and early morning urines were collected,the serums and the urines was detected after centrifugal separation of the bloods,weights were measured too.Results:Weight and triglyceride decreased significantly on day 7 of caloric restriction period than day 1 levels,one month later they re-increased,weight was still significantly below the day 1 level,triglyceride was below but not significantly the day 1 level.On day 7,levels of total bilirubin,indirect bilirubin,uric acid and urine ketone body all significantly lifted than day 1 levels,levels of direct bilirubin significantly lifted too,One month later,these indicators all declined,and not significantly than the day 1 levels.Conclusions:Bigu exercise is able to reduce weight and triglyceride of normal subjects.Bigu has the Ketogenic effect and the effect of elevated bilirubin will perhaps improve the body's antioxidant capacity.And Bigu does not have long-term adverse effects on the body.All these will be very helpful in the preventive treatment of diseases.
