高校基层党组织建设模式创新研究——大连民族大学经济管理学院落实“三个突出”战略的思考与实践

摘要
加强高校党建工作对于办好中国特色社会主义大学,实现立德树人根本任务具有十分重要的意义。新时代下,党建工作面临着新形势、新任务。以"六抓"入手,进一步提升基层党建工作的政治领导力、思想引领力、群众凝聚力和社会号召力有利于积极贯彻党的十九大精神,深入推进学校"三个突出"战略。将党建与坚持正确办学方向和"立德树人"中心工作相结合,通过加强党建工作主体和载体建设,不断提升党建工作的方向感和责任感,能够进一步提升高校党建水平,推动"三个突出"战略落地生根。
Strengthening the work of party building in colleges is of great significance for running a socialist university with Chinese characteristics and realizing the fundamental tasks of the people. Under the new era,the party building work faces new situations and new tasks. Starting with the "six grasps",we enhance the political leadership,ideological leadership,mass cohesiveness and social appeal of grassroots party building work,which is conducive to implementing the spirit of the 19 th National Congress and deepening the "three outstanding"strategies of the school actively. Combining the party building with the correct direction of running schools and the central work of the "Moral Education and Cutivation",we will improve the sense of direction and responsibility of the party building work constantly. It can further enhance the party building level in colleges and universities through strengthening the construction of the party building work and the carrier,which we can prompt "three outstanding"strategy to implement.
