浅析城市道路“黑化”工程管理

摘要
随着社会经济的迅速发展,城市建设也日益加快,中心城区的道路因修建年代久远、建设标准低、交通任务繁重等问题,导致市民居家环境和出行受到严重影响,原有中心城区道路已符合现代化城市功能要求。但是,在道路"黑化"整治的过程中,也出现了如工期长、施工质量差等系列问题,针对这些问题,现以成都市中心城区为例,对道路"黑化"整治工程进行浅析如何确保道路"黑化"达到预期效果。
With the rapid development of social economy, urban construction is also accelerating. The roads in the central urban area have been seriously affected by the construction of old age, low construction standards and heavy traffic tasks. It has met the requirements of modern city functions. However, in the process of "blackening" the road, there have also been a series of problems such as long construction period and poor construction quality. For these problems, the urban center of Chengdu is taken as an example to analyze how to ensure that the road "blackening" achieves the desired results.
