摘要
新疆喀拉通克铜镍矿采用戈壁料作为矿山充填骨料,随着国家对矿山开采环保要求的不断提高,开采大量的戈壁料,不仅破坏生态环境,而且充填成本过高。同时矿山存在大量的冶炼渣、尾砂等固体废弃物难以处理,故本文基于冶炼渣、尾砂等固废开展制备充填料浆试验研究,从而实现固废生态化充填利用技术,进而降低矿山充填成本。本文首先分析了冶炼渣、尾砂等固废物理化学特性,测试了不同骨料配比组成料浆的流动性及泌水性能,确定了最佳的比例参数范围,并在此基础上开展了充填体强度测试试验,最终结合矿山采矿工艺对充填体的强度要求,确定了最佳的配比参数。
        The gobi aggregate as filling aggregate used in Xinjiang Kalatongke copper and nickel mine.With the continuous improvement of national environmental protection requirements for mining,the large amount of gobi is mined which not only damages the ecological environment,but also leads to high filling cost.At the same time,there are a large number of solid wastes such as smelting slag and tailings that are difficult to be treated,so this paper carries out experimental research on the preparation of filling slurry based on solid wastes such as smelting slag and tailings,so as to realize the ecological filling technology of solid wastes and thus reduce the cost of mine filling.First of all,the physical and chemical properties of smelting slag and tailings are analyzed,the flow performance and bleeding performance of slurry with different aggregate ratios are tested,the optimum range of proportional parameters is determined,and on the basis of the strength test experiment is carried out by filling body,finally mining process on the strength of filling body is combined and the best matching parameters are determined.
