摘要
装配式建筑是建筑工程生产技术与管理的重大变革,其工业化属性以及精益化生产思想,对项目管理者管理水平提出更高的要求。本文从微观层面出发,针对装配式建筑建筑项目特性,引入关键链改进计划评审技术(PERT)并进行项目应用分析,提出考虑工序熟练度等因素对缓冲区进行修正,更加切合装配式建筑项目实际。最后,通过案例分析与传统计划评审技术(PERT)对比,验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性,并提出缓冲区风险控制措施。
Fabricated building is a major reform of construction engineering production technology and management. Its industrialization attribute and lean production thought put forward higher requirements for project managers' management level. Based on the micro level, this paper introduces key chain Program Evaluation and Review Technique(PERT) and analyzes the project application according to project features of fabricated building. It presents that the modification to buffer zone by considering the process proficiency and other factors is more suitable for the fabricated building projects. Finally, through comparison case analysis with traditional Program Evaluation and Review Technique(PERT), it verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method, and puts forward crisis control measures on buffer zone.
