摘要

随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,食品安全受到越来越多的关注。人们的安全意识不断增强,也对现代食品提出了很高的要求,迫切需要提高当前的食品安全检测技术。本文主要分析了食品安全快速监测技术的发展现状,并对以后的发展方向提出了对策和建议。
        With the development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,food safety has also received more and more attention. People's awareness of safety is constantly increasing, and high demands are placed on modern food. There is an urgent need to improve current food safety testing technology. This paper mainly analyzes the development status of food safety rapid monitoring technology, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the future development direction.
