摘要
评述了固体酸烷基化原料碳四中二烯烃、含硫化合物、氮化物和含氧化合物等杂质对固体酸催化剂的影响以及其处理工艺技术,介绍了中国石油大学(北京)开发的碳四净化吸附剂并将碳四醚后净化技术在山东某石化集团有限公司进行了实际应用。工业应用的结果表明:连续运行了10个月工业生产实践表明,经此净化工艺技术净化后,醚后碳四中杂质含量大幅降低,碳四中总硫≤1μg/g、氯化物≤1μg/g、含氧化合物≤1μg/g,达到烷基化固体酸催化剂的设计要求,取得了良好的应用效果。
The influences of impurities(alkadienes, sulfides, nitrides and oxygenates) on the alkylation feedstocks and the corresponding pretreatment technologies were summarized and reviewed. Besides, the adsorbents developed by China University of Petroleum(Beijing) for purification of C4 hydrocarbons as well as its industrial application in etherified C4 hydrocarbons purification in a petrochemical company were introduced. The industrial application results after running for 10 months showed that almost all the impurities were removed by this purification process. The content of alkadienes, sulfides, nitrides and oxygenates in the C4 hydrocarbons were all less than 1 μg/g. This results confirmed that the adsorbents were suitable for pretreatment of C4 hydrocarbons feedstocks for solid-acid alkylation.
