口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的效果分析

摘要
目的探讨对牙周病致前牙移位患者行口腔正畸治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院在2014年1月～2018年12月接收的24例牙周病致前牙移位患者作为本次实验的研究主体,所有患者均接受口腔正畸治疗措施,收集并统计治疗前后的有关资料,并且对比所有患者接受治疗前后的治疗效果。结果治疗后,患者的牙周袋深度、牙槽高度以及出血情况均优于治疗前,治疗后患者的咀嚼功能正常率8例(33.33%)显著高于治疗前2例(8.33%),且对照均存在P<0.05,有统计学上的意义。结论对牙周病致前牙移位患者行口腔正畸治疗,能够有效改善患者的咀嚼功能,治疗效果十分显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment on patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease.Methods Twenty-four patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease received from January 2014 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected as the main subjects of this study.All patients received orthodontic treatment,collected and statistically treated.Relevant information before and after,and compare the treatment effects of all patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the patient's periodontal pocket depth,alveolar height and bleeding were better than before treatment.The normal chewing function of the patients after treatment was 8(33.33%) significantly higher than the2 cases before treatment(8.33%).And the control had P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion Oral orthodontic treatment for patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease can effectively improve the chewing function of patients,and the treatment effect is very significant.
