摘要
以非洲白梧桐单板为基材,采用化学镀法对施镀工艺条件及施镀前后单板的性能进行了研究。当镀液pH值为9.2时,单板于90℃环境下施镀40 min即可达到良好的化学镀效果;镀后单板的电磁屏蔽效能达到45 d B以上;镀后单板的表面镀层均匀、连续、有光泽,且保留了木材的纹理;研究还发现镀层中Ni为主要成分并且镀层为晶态结构;镀层的腐蚀电位及腐蚀电流密度分别为-0.301 V及7.58×10~(-6)A/cm~2,耐腐蚀性相比Ni-P合金显著提升。
Triplochiton sclexcylon veneer were used as substrates for investigating the plating conditions and the properties of the veneers before and after electroless plating. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: pH value 9.2 and 90 ℃ for 40 min. The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the plated could exceeded 45 dB. The coating was continuous and compact, meanwhile, the texture of the wood was still retained. Ni was the main element in the coating and the coating was crystalline.The corrosion potential and corrosion current density of the coating were -0.301 V and 7.58 × 10~(-6) A/cm~2,respectively. Compared to Ni-P binary alloy, the corrosion resistance was significantly improved.
