摘要
设计基于辅助泊车的一种汽车横向移动结构。首先,根据车辆底盘结构与动力性能,完成结构的尺寸、质量、传动效率和动力的计算与验证;然后,确定各部件的主要设计参数并应用Pro/E建立车身横向移动的装置三维模型;最后,通过ANSYS有限元结构分析软件对横向移动装置的承载部件进行受力分析。结果表明滚轴轴颈承受较大的剪应力,易产生应力集中;踏板主体部分受力不均匀,结构强度符合要求,结构方案可行,可实现横移泊车功能。
In this paper, a vehicle lateral movement structure based on auxiliary parking is designed. Firstly, based on the chassis structure and dynamic performance of the vehicle, the dimensions, quality, transmission efficiency and the power are calculated and verified. Secondly, the main design parameters of the parts are determined and the whole 3 D model of the lateral movement device is designed with Pro/E software. Finally, with ANSYS of finite element software, the main components bearing load of the lateral moving device are analyzed. The results show that the journal of the roller bears large shear stress and is easy to concentrate. The force on the main part of the pedal is not uniform. The results verify that the structural strength meets the requirements, the structural scheme is feasible, and the traverse parking function can be realized.
