图书馆隐性知识研究的逻辑起点与价值取向

摘要
研究一个特定领域的隐性知识应该以本域内隐性知识的特定存在及特殊价值为逻辑起点。我国图书馆隐性知识的研究虽然曾一度成为热点,但总体上呈现明显的泛化倾向。即以图书馆的日常业务作为研究对象,由于这种职业化的研究缺乏与图书馆自身特质相关联的逻辑基础,其研究的内容与价值与社会对图书馆价值的期许相去甚远。要让图书馆隐性知识研究回到正确且富有生命力的轨道上去,就应该以图书馆更高的知识密度作为其隐性知识研究的逻辑起点;以丰拓展图书馆学理论体系作为研究其隐性知识的理论取向;以挖掘和利用图书馆馆藏蕴含的隐性知识作为研究的价值取向。
The study of tacit knowledge in a specific field should be based on the specific existence and special value of tacit knowledge in the domain as a logical starting point. Although the study of tacit knowledge in Chinese libraries has once been a hot spot, it has shown obvious generalization tendency. That is, taking the daily business of the library as the research object, because this kind of professional research lacks the logical basis associated with the library's own characteristics, the content and value of its research are far from the society's expectations of library value. In order to get the library tacit knowledge research back to the correct and full of vitality track, the library should take the higher knowledge density as the logical starting point of its tacit knowledge research; To expand the theoretical system of library science as a theoretical orientation to study its tacit knowledge; The value orientation of research is to explore and utilize the tacit knowledge contained in library collections.
