摘要
光能变价离子钛(TIVL)具有增强作物的抗逆性、提高作物产量、改善作物品质等多种作用,已广泛应用于农作物的栽培研究。为了探讨光能变价离子钛对牧草产量和品质的影响,本研究以川西北高寒牧区的主导草种川草2号老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus L.cv.Chuancao No.2)和阿坝垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans Griseb.cv.Aba)为试验材料,通过牧草株高、茎叶比、草产量、营养成分等指标的测定,分析了离子钛对牧草产量和品质的影响。结果表明:离子钛降低了垂穗披碱草和老芒麦的鲜、干草产量,但与对照差异不显著;离子钛能提高牧草的蛋白含量,使垂穗披碱草粗蛋白含量较对照提高0.19%,但差异不显著;使老芒麦粗蛋白含量提高1.2%,差异显著(P<0.05);离子钛还显著降低了垂穗披碱草和老芒麦的中性洗涤纤维含量,分别较对照低11.41%和7.11%(P<0.05);使老芒麦的酸性洗涤纤维含量较对照低8.65%,差异显著(P<0.05);使垂穗披碱草酸性洗涤纤维含量降低16.1%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,光能变价离子钛可改善牧草品质。
        Titanium ion of variable valence with light energy( TIVL) has many roles,such as enhancing the resistance of crops,increasing crop yield and improving crop quality,and is widely used in crop cultivation research. In order to discuss the effect of TIVL on the yield and quality of forage,Elymus sibiricus L. cv. Chuancao No. 2 and E. nutans Griseb. cv. Aba,being dominant grass species in the northwest Sichuan alpine pastoral area,were used as the experimental materials,and some index including plant height,stem-leaf ratio,grass yield and nutrient content were determined. The results showed that,TIVL reduced both fresh and hay grass yield of E. nutans and E. sibiricus,but the difference was not significant with the control. TIVL could increase the protein content of forage grass. Content of crude protein in E. nutans was increased by 0. 19% compared with the control,but the difference was not significant. TIVL increased crude protein content of E. sibiricus by 1. 2%,which was significant difference with the control( P < 0. 05). TIVL significantly reduced neutral detergent fiber content of E. nutans and E. sibiricus,with the value of 11. 41% and 7. 11%,respectively( P < 0. 05). TIVL also significantly decreased acid detergent fiber content of E. sibiricus,with the value of 8. 65%( P <0. 05),and decreased acid detergent fiber content of E. nutans by16. 1%,but the difference was not significant( P >0. 05). Therefore,TIVL could improve the quality of forage.
