摘要
工业生产马来酸二甲酯以顺丁烯二酸酐和甲醇为原料,强酸性阳离子树脂为催化剂。反应尾气经气相色谱分析含有马来酸甲酯、马来酸二甲酯、顺丁烯二酸酐,但目前生产过程中的尾气未回收利用,这就造成原料的浪费,产物收率低。Aspen化工模拟软件中共沸物搜索报告中显示马来酸二甲酯和水存在共沸,但是负压条件下共沸现象消失。后经收集尾气冷凝液做分步蒸馏实验得以验证。针对此结果,设计尾气经双塔连续精馏回收尾气中有用成分。工业生产运行中采用浙大中控的DCS控制系统,实现尾气回收利用全过程自动控制,回收甲醇浓度达到99%,顺酐折合转化率100%。
        Industrial production of dimethyl maleate uses maleic anhydride and methanol as raw materials, and strong acid cationic resin as catalyst. The reaction tail gas contains methyl maleate, dimethyl maleate and maleic anhydride. However, the tail gas in the production process is not recycled, which leads to the waste of raw materials and low yield of products. The azeotropic phenomenon of dimethyl maleate and water was found in Aspen chemical simulation software, but the azeotropic phenomenon can disappear under negative pressure. After collecting the condensate of tail gas for fractional distillation, it was verified. In view of this result, useful components in the exhaust gas were recovered by double tower continuous rectification. DCS control system of Zhejiang university central control company was adopted in industrial production and operation to realize automatic control of the whole process of exhaust gas recovery and utilization. The concentration of recovered methanol reached 99% and the conversion rate of maleic anhydride was 100%.
