摘要
采用工业级原料制备正丁烷氧化制顺酐VPO催化剂,在固定床反应器中测试催化剂性能。采用粉末X射线衍射表征合成的催化剂样品。结果表明,在反应温度372℃、空速1 500 h~(-1)和反应压力0.11 MPa下,催化剂活性较好,正丁烷转化率达到86.27%,顺酐选择性73.27%,顺酐收率63.11%。长周期试验结果表明催化剂稳定性良好。
        VPO catalyst for oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride was prepared using industrial grade raw materials and tested in fixed bed reactor.The catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction.Results showed that the catalyst displayed good activity when reaction temperature was 372 ℃,LHSV was 1 500 h~(-1 )and reaction pressure was 0.11 MPa.Conversion of n-butane was 86.27%,selectivity and mole yield of maleic anhydride were 63.11% and 73.27%,respectively.And long period test results showed the catalyst had good stability.
