摘要
综观全球湾区城市的发展,港口经济转型升级需求明显,但发展方向尚不明确,位于粤港澳大湾区核心圈层的深圳亦不例外。深圳盐田港作为粤港澳大湾区的第一大港口,在新一轮经济崛起过程中将依托港口后方陆域空间,以盐田河为核心空间纽带打造盐田河临港产业带。在此背景下,盐田区提出对盐田河流域实施系统规划,从产城融合、产景融合和城景融合方面入手,进一步探求盐田河流域"产、城、景"融合发展的规划策略,实现片区环境与公共空间品质的统筹提升,推动港区实现全面转型升级。
A comprehensive review of urban development in bay areas across the globe reveals that upgrade of port economy is imperative, but its orientation is unclear. Shenzhen, located in the core circle of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Great Bay area, is no exception. Backed by the great hinterland, Yantian port of Shenzhen, as the biggest port in the great bay area, aims to build a port industry belt with Yantian river as the core space. Yantian district puts forwards systematic planning of Yantian river basin, studies "industry, city,and landscape" balanced development strategy, realizes integrated improvement of environment and public space quality, and promotes the overall transformation and upgrading of the port area.
